I’m in a writing mood today I woke up did some Pilates, tidied up my flat and decided to set my intentions for the day in writing. 

This week I realised I had some unresolved issues that I needed to sort out.

 I got out my note pad and pen began to write out statements of how I want things in my life to be. Things that may not even be a reality for me yet, but speaking as if things were already the case felt very powerful. 

I’ve put these statements on my wall, with an aim to read them each morning. Stating your intentions for the day at the beginning of the day is a powerful thing to do and it can make you feel so much better, by saying it out loud everyday.
