I woke up today with a big of a’ foggy brain’ for lack of a better word and have felt like this for the past week, and had too many things mounting up.
So I took pen to paper and wrote two columns: Work / Me (for you it might not be work it could be friends, money anything) and wrote in each what things were bothering me in each area. All my problems did not miraculously disappear but it gave me a place to start on tackling them, even if you try to tackle just one a day/ a week that is a step further than nothing and a step towards getting things sorted out.
Just thought id share it in case someone else might need this help today.
